.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending E to W across the 
Atlantic waters along 18N will dissipate through late today. 
High pressure to the N of the front will support fresh to
locally strong trade winds over the Atlantic waters while mainly
moderate to locally fresh winds will prevail across the 
Caribbean waters. Large N-NE swell over the Atlantic waters and 
Caribbean Passages will persist through the weekend.
