.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to locally strong trade winds are expected 
over the Atlantic waters while mainly moderate to locally fresh 
winds will prevail across the Caribbean waters. A new set of 
large N to NE swell will reach the Atlantic waters on Fri and 
persist through the weekend.
