.SYNOPSIS...Gentle trades today will increase slightly to
moderate tonight through Wed night. Winds will become fresh to
strong for the Atlantic waters Thu into Thu night. Moderate N 
swell will gradually subside this evening. A new set of large N 
to NE swell will reach the Atlantic waters on Fri and persist 
through the weekend.
