.SYNOPSIS...Mainly gentle to moderate trades will prevail
through Tue. Winds will become moderate to locally fresh by Wed 
into Thu. An increasing pressure gradient late this week could
induce fresh to strong NE to E winds over the Atlantic waters.
NW swell will continue to affect the Atlantic waters through 
Tue, and subside some by Tue night. A new set of large N to NE 
swell will reach the area by the end of the week.
