.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered E of the Bahamas will remain 
nearly-stationary through Sun supporting moderate to fresh winds
across the regional waters. The ridge will weaken and shift 
eastward on Sun evening, thus diminishing the winds to gentle to
moderate speeds for the remaining forecast period.
