.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered NE of the central Bahamas will
remain nearly-stationary through early Sun supporting the
continuation of moderate to fresh winds across the regional
waters. The ridge will weaken and shift eastward on Sun and winds
will diminish for the remaining of the forecast period.
