.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will continue over the 
Atlantic waters through Tue night and over the Caribbean waters
through Tue night. A cold front is forecast to move into the 
region tonight into Tue. High pressure building north of the 
area behind the front will support the development of moderate to
fresh winds starting Tue.
