.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will dominate the forecast 
waters through Mon. A cold front is forecast to move into the 
region Mon night into Tue. High pressure building north of the 
area behind the front will support the development of moderate 
to fresh winds Mon evening through Thu night. Northerly swell
will support building seas to 8 ft Wed through Fri.
