.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over Puerto Rico will stall just S of
the island Fri, then dissipate. Through Fri, showers and
thunderstorms with locally heavy rainfall can be expected. Seas 
of 7 to 9 ft are expected in Atlantic waters and the Mona Passage
during this period, before improving conditions take hold this 
weekend.
