.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will reach Puerto Rico today, bringing
showers and thunderstorms, as well as locally heavy rainfall,
into Fri. This front will then stall in the region, before
dissipating this weekend. Seas of 7 to 9 ft are expected in
Atlantic waters and Mona Passage through Fri.
