.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will reach the Mona Passage today, 
bringing showers and possibly strong thunderstorms through tonight.
These storms could produce heavy rainfall. The front will stall 
over the area through Fri, then dissipate by Sun. Seas will 
build up to 8 to 10 ft across the Atlantic waters in northerly 
swell today through Fri. The swell is also expected to impact the
Mona Passage and waters south of the Dominican Republic.
