.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will reach the Mona Passage tonight, 
bringing showers and possibly strong thunderstorms through Thu 
night. These storms could produce heavy rainfall. The front will
stall over the area into Fri, then dissipate this weekend. Seas 
will build up to 8 to 10 ft across the Atlantic waters in 
northerly swell Thu into Fri. These conditions could also impact 
the Mona Passage and waters south of the Dominican Republic late 
this week.
