.SYNOPSIS...Mainly light to gentle winds will prevail today. A 
cold front will reach the Mona Passage tonight, bringing showers
and possibly strong thunderstorms tonight through Thu night. 
These storms could produce heavy rainfall. Seas will build up to
8 to 10 ft across the Atlantic waters in northerly swell Thu 
into Fri. These conditions could also impact the Mona Passage 
and waters south of the Dominican Republic late this week.
