.SYNOPSIS...Mainly light to gentle winds will prevail into Wed 
night. A cold front will reach the Mona Passage Wed night, 
bringing showers and possibly strong thunderstorms Wed night
through Thu night. These storms could bring heavy rainfall. Seas
will build up to 8 to 10 ft across the Atlantic waters in 
northerly swell Thu into Fri. These conditions could also affect 
the Mona Passage and waters south of the Dominican Republic late 
this week.
