.SYNOPSIS...Mainly moderate winds will prevail through Wed. A
cold front will reach the Mona Passage Thu night, bringing
showers and possibly strong thunderstorms, along with heavy
rainfall. Seas will build up to 8 to 10 ft across the Atlantic 
waters in northerly swell Thu into Fri. These conditions could 
also affect the Mona Passage and waters south of the Dominican 
Republic late this week.
