.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail over the next 
couple of days. A cold front forecast to reach the Mona Passage 
on Thu will bring an increasing risk of strong thunderstorms. 
Seas will build up to 8 to 10 ft across the Atlantic waters in 
northerly swell Thu into Fri. These conditions could also affect 
the Mona Passage and waters south of the Dominican Republic late 
this week.
