.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trades will prevail over the next
couple of days. The proximity of a cold front is forecast to 
bring fresh northerly winds and building seas up to 8 to 10 ft 
across the Atlantic waters toward the middle of the week. These
conditions could also affect the Mona Passage and waters south 
of the Dominican Republic late this week.
