.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern across the W Atlc will 
produce light to gentle winds across most of the forecast waters
through tonight. Moderate trade winds will return to the region 
late Tue as high pressure builds across the W Atlc. Fresh trade 
winds will return to the Caribbean waters late Thu through Sat.
