.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern across the W Atlc to the
south of Bermuda will produce light to gentle winds across much 
of the forecast waters through Mon. Moderate trade winds will 
return to the region late Tue as high pressure builds across the
W Atlc behind a cold front.
