.SYNOPSIS...Active weather will linger across the local Atlc 
waters through Fri behind a tropical wave near Hispaniola. Low 
pres NE of the southern Bahamas will drift E-NE tonight through 
Thu then accelerate NE through the weekend. This pattern will 
weaken winds across the regional waters into the weekend.
