.SYNOPSIS...N-NE swell will peak tonight and then begin to fade
on Wed. A tropical wave along 64W will move across the area 
waters tonight, bringing an increase in thunderstorms, with most
of the activity in the Atlc waters. Low pres is expected to 
develop E of the Bahamas Wed through Thu and drift eastward of 
60W into the weekend. This pattern will weaken winds across the 
regional waters into the weekend.
