.SYNOPSIS...N-NE swell will peak in size this evening through 
tonight and then begin to fade on Wed. A tropical wave along 63W
will move across the area waters tonight, bringing an increase 
in squalls and thunderstorms, most numerous across the Atlc 
waters. Low pres is expected to develop E of the Bahamas Wed
through Thu and drift eastward of 60W into the weekend. This 
pattern will weaken winds across the regional waters into the 
weekend.
