.SYNOPSIS...N-NE swell has reached the regional waters and 
Caribbean passages this morning and will peak in size late this
afternoon through tonight. A tropical wave along 63W will move 
across the area waters late this afternoon through tonight, 
bringing an increase in squalls and thunderstorms, most numerous
across the Atlc waters. Low pres is expected to develop E of the
Bahamas by Thu and drift eastward into the weekend. This pattern
will weaken winds across the regional waters into the weekend.
