.SYNOPSIS...N-NE swell will continue to impact the regional 
waters and Caribbean passages and dominate marine conditions 
through Wed night. A second tropical wave currently located 
along 60W will move across the Puerto Rico waters tonight, 
bringing an increase in showers and thunderstorms with it through
Wed night.
