.SYNOPSIS...Scattered squalls and tstms affect the area waters 
this evening behind a tropical wave currently along 71W
will gradually shift W of the area by Tue morning. N-NE swell 
moving across the central Atlc will reach the regional waters 
and Caribbean passages early Tue and dominate marine conditions
through early Thu. A second tropical wave currently located 
along 56W-57W will move across the NE Caribbean and Virgin 
Islands Tue evening through night and weaken, then across Puerto
Rico waters on Wed.
