.SYNOPSIS...Scattered squalls and tstms will continue to affect
the area waters through tonight behind a tropical wave currently
along 70W. Look for improving weather from the E on Tue. N-NE  
swell moving across the central Atlc today will reach the
regional waters and Caribbean passages early Tue. A second 
tropical wave currently located along 55W-56W is forecast to 
reach the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Wed.
