.SYNOPSIS...Locally heavy rainfall is possible over portions of 
Puerto Rico during the next couple of days in association with 
a tropical wave now located along 67W/68W. A northerly swell 
event over the Atlantic waters will reach the Caribbean passages 
by Tue. A second tropical wave currently located along 54W is 
forecast to reach the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Wed.
