.SYNOPSIS...Expect fresh to strong winds and occasionally rough 
seas over mainly Atlantic waters associated with a tropical wave
moving across the northeastern Caribbean through late Mon,
followed by another tropical wave into mid week. Northerly swell
will also briefly impact Atlantic waters Wed into Thu. Winds and
seas will diminish across the region thereafter through Fri.
