.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave with axis currently located E of the
Lesser Antilles near 58W/59W will provide fresh winds and 
scattered showers to the US/UK Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico 
Sun evening through the middle of next week. Moderate to fresh 
winds across the regional waters will diminish to gentle to 
moderate Mon night and continue through early Wed.
