.SYNOPSIS...Fresh trade winds will continue through Wednesday as
high pressure north of the area slides ENE. Northerly swell from
Sam will move through the regional waters today before fading 
Wed. Winds and seas will subside considerably Thu through Fri as
a weak trough moves W across the regional Atlc. High pressure
will build modestly behind the exiting trough over the weekend.
