.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Sam near 26.6N 61.7W 934 mb at 5 AM EDT 
moving NNW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 130 kt gusts 160 
kt. Sam will move further north of the region through the 
weekend. High seas will continue over the Atlantic waters through
Friday associated to swell produced by Hurricane Sam. Remainder 
of area, gentle to moderate winds will increase to fresh by Sat 
and continue through mid week as high pressure builds north of 
the area.
