.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Sam near 25.0N 61.2W 938 mb at 11 PM EDT 
moving NNW at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds 125 kt gusts 150 
kt. Sam will move further north of the region tonight into the
weekend. High seas will continue over the Atlantic waters through
Friday associated to swell produced by Hurricane Sam. Remainder 
of area, gentle to moderate winds will increase to fresh by Sat 
and continue through mid week as high pressure builds north of 
the area.
