.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Sam near 23.6N 60.9W 938 mb at 5 PM EDT 
moving NW at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 125 kt gusts 150 kt. 
Sam is moving farther north of the region today. High seas will 
continue over the Atlantic waters through Fri from swell produced
by Hurricane Sam. Elsewhere, gentle to moderate winds will 
increase to fresh across the region Sun through Tue as high 
pressure builds north of the area.
