.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Sam near 22.6N 60.0W 937 mb at 11 AM EDT 
moving NW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 125 kt gusts 150 kt. 
Sam is moving farther north of the region today. High seas will 
continue over the Atlantic waters through Fri from swell produced
by Hurricane Sam. Elsewhere, gentle to moderate winds will 
increase to fresh across the region Sun and Mon as high pressure
builds north of the area.
