.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Sam was near 20.6N 58.4W 940 mb at 11 PM 
EDT moving NW at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 125 kt gusts
150 kt. Sam will continue moving north of the Leeward Islands 
tonight and then continue to move farther north of the region Fri.
Seas will build over the Atlantic waters through Fri as swell 
from Hurricane Sam will moves to the north of the Virgin Islands 
and Puerto Rico, subsiding Sat and Sun. Elsewhere, gentle to 
moderate winds will increase across the region Sun into Mon as 
high pressure builds north of the area.
