.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Sam was near 20.2N 57.6W 945 mb at 2100
UTC, moving NW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 115 kt with
gusts to 140 kt. Sam will move to the north of the Leeward 
Islands this evening, then continue to move farther north of the
region. Seas will build over the Atlantic waters through Fri as 
swell from Hurricane Sam will moves to the north of the Virgin 
Islands and Puerto Rico, subsiding Sat and Sun. Elsewhere, gentle
to moderate winds will increase across the region Sun into Mon 
as high pressure builds north of the area.
