.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will allow for relatively 
quiet marine conditions into Wed. Meanwhile, Hurricane Sam was near
17.5N 54.3W 952 mb at 1500 UTC, moving NW at 7 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds are 115 kt with gusts to 140 kt. Sam is forecast
to be northeast of the Leeward Islands near 19N56.5W by Wed
morning, then continue to move farther north of the area through
Fri. Expect rough seas in Atlantic waters beginning Wed as 
swells generated by Sam propagate toward the Leeward Islands and 
northeast Caribbean passages, diminishing by Sat as Sam moves
farther to the north of the region.
