.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will allow for relatively 
quiet marine conditions into mid week. Meanwhile, Hurricane Sam 
was near 16.8N 53.2W 956 mb at 11 PM EDT moving NW at 8 kt. 
Maximum sustained winds 105 kt gusts 130 kt. Sam is forecast to 
be northeast of the Leeward Islands near 19N56W by Wed morning, 
then continue to move farther north of the area through Fri. 
Conditions will begin to deteriorate over Atlantic waters 
beginning Wed as swells generated by Sam propagate toward the 
Leeward Islands and northeast Caribbean passages.
