.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will allow for relatively 
quiet marine conditions into mid week. Meanwhile, Hurricane Sam 
was near 15.7N 52.1W 966 mb at 15 UTC, moving NW at 7 kt. Maximum
sustained winds are 110 kt with gusts to 135 kt. Sam is forecast
to be northeast of the Leeward Islands near 19N 56.5W by Wed 
morning, then continue to move farther north of the area through 
Fri. Conditions will begin to deteriorate over Atlantic waters 
beginning mid- week as swells generated by Sam propagate toward 
the Leeward Islands and northeast Caribbean passages.
