.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will allow for relatively 
quiet marine conditions through the early part of the week.
Meanwhile, Hurricane Sam was near 15.2N 51.4W 952 mb at 5 AM EDT
moving NW at 7 kt. Maximum sustained winds 115 kt gusts 140 kt. 
Sam is forecast to track northeast of the Lesser Antilles and 
reach near 25N62W by Fri, while slowly weakening. Conditions 
will begin to deteriorate beginning mid-week as swells generated 
by Sam propagate toward the Lesser Antilles and northeast 
Caribbean passages.
