.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will allow for relatively 
quiet marine conditions through the early part of the week.
Hurricane Sam is near 14.7N 50.8W 943 mb at 11 PM EDT moving NW 
at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds 125 kt gusts 150 kt. Sam is 
forecast to track northeast of the Lesser Antilles and reach 
near 28N63W by late Fri, while slowly weakening. Conditions will
begin to deteriorate beginning mid-week as swells generated by 
Sam propagate toward the Lesser Antilles and northeast Caribbean 
passages.
