.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will allow relatively quiet 
marine conditions through the early part of the week. Conditions 
while begin to deteriorate at mid-week as swells generated by
Major Hurricane Sam will propagate toward the Lesser Antilles 
and northeast Caribbean passages. At 11 AM EDT, Sam was east of 
the Caribbean Sea near 13.9N 50.2W 943 mb moving WNW at 7 kt, 
with maximum sustained winds 125 kt gusts 150 kt. Sam is forecast
to track northeast of the Lesser Antilles reaching near 21N60W 
by early on Thu, while slowly weakening.
