ranging from 3 to 5 ft. Hurricane Sam near 12.9N 47.6W 960 mb at 
11 AM EDT moving WNW at 9 kt. Maximum sustained winds 105 kt 
gusts 130 kt. Sam will move to 13.7N 49.8W Sun morning, 15.0N 
51.9W Mon morning, and 16.6N 54.1W Tue morning.
