.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Peter near 21.7N 66.7W, or about
200 nm north-northwest of San Juan, Puerto Rico, 1008 mb at 5 PM 
EDT moving NNW at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt.
Peter will move to near 22.5N 66.8W late tonight, then weaken to
a remnant low as it moves farther to the north of the area and 
dissipates on Sat. A weak pressure pattern will then settle in 
over the area into early next week.
