.SYNOPSIS...Recently downgraded Tropical Depression Peter near 
20.5N 65.0W 1009 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 7 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. Peter will continue to move north
of the area while weakening to a remnant low by late Wed night 
and continuing to south of Bermuda from Fri through late Sat. As 
this occurs, fresh winds and rough seas over the Atlantic waters
north of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will diminish 
through early Wed.
