.SYNOPSIS...Recently downgraded Tropical Depression Peter near 
20.5N 65.0W 1009 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 7 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds 30 kt gusts 40 kt. Peter will move to 21.3N 66.1W
late tonight and to near 22.3N 67.2W Wed afternoon. Peter will 
continue north of the area while weakening to a remnant low by 
late Wed night and continuing to south of Bermuda from Fri 
through late Sat. As this occurs, trade winds over the south- 
central Caribbean will diminish through Thu night.
