.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Peter near 19.6N 63.8W 1007 mb at
0900 UTC moving W at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 
55 kt. Peter will move to the north of the Virgin Islands and 
Puerto Rico to 20.3N 65.3W this afternoon, then continue to 21.2N
66.9W Wed morning, 22.2N 67.9W Wed afternoon, and 23.2N 68.2W 
Thu morning. Peter will weaken to a tropical depression near 
24.0N 68.0W Thu afternoon, then turn more northward to 25.2N 
67.2W Fri morning, before continuing toward Bermuda through the 
remainder of the week. As this occurs, trade winds over the 
south-central Caribbean will diminish through Thu night.
