.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Peter near 18.4N 57.8W 1007 mb at
2100 UTC moving WNW at 15 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt
gusts 50 kt. Peter is expected to continue WNW and reach near 
20N 62W Mon afternoon, then gradually veer more NW and reach near
22N 66W Tue afternoon, reach near 24N 68W Wed afternoon, then 
turn northward toward Bermuda throughout the rest of the week.  
Look for increasing winds and seas and very active weather across
the regional Atlantic waters and NE Caribbean passages late 
tonight through Tue. Winds and seas will diminish thereafter 
across the region.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
