.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area will 
maintain mainly moderate easterly trade winds across the
regional waters through late Sun. Newly formed Tropical
Storm Peter, currently well east of the region, will move to the
northeast of the Leeward Islands through Mon, before continuing 
northward through mid week. This will bring increased winds and 
seas to the Atlantic waters Mon and Tue. Winds and seas will 
diminish thereafter across the region.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms.
