.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge north of the area will 
maintain mainly moderate easterly trade winds across the
regional waters through late Sun. Newly formed Tropical
Depression Sixteen, currently well east of the region over the
tropical Atlantic, will strengthen into a tropical storm 
overnight then move to the northeast of the Leeward Islands 
through the early part of the week, before continuing northward 
through mid week. This will bring increased winds and seas to the
Atlantic waters Mon and Tue. Winds and seas will diminish 
thereafter across the region.
